The *Taller Emprende* is a one-month training program—available both in-person and online—aimed at strengthening key competencies for business management within the Cuban context.
Throughout the workshop, participants receive comprehensive training in Human Development, Marketing, Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Sales, while always taking into account the current legal framework governing the private sector in Cuba. It is a space designed for entrepreneurs who wish to quickly acquire practical tools that are directly applicable to their businesses.
